We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your NearEasy account and what data will be removed.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the NearEasy app:

Open NearEasy app

Launch the NearEasy app on your phone

Go to Settings

Tap on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the app

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll down and tap on the "Delete Account" button

Confirm Deletion

Confirm your choice when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted.

The following data will be permanently deleted:

After account deletion:

Immediately deleted: Profile data, authentication info, call logs
Anonymous analytics: Previously collected anonymous usage data may be retained for service improvement but cannot be linked to you
